Food Storage Cornbread Dressing
Ingredients:
- 1/2 c. Bacon, diced
- 1/4 c. THRIVE Sausage Crumbles – Freeze Dried
- 1 tbsp. Garlic, minced
- 1/4 c. Butter
- 3 c. Water
- 1 tbsp. THRIVE Italian Seasoning Blend
- 1/2 c. THRIVE Onion Slices – Freeze Dried
- 1 1/2 tbsp. THRIVE Chicken Bouillon
- 1/2 c. THRIVE Celery – Freeze Dried
- 1 c. THRIVE Mushroom Pieces – Freeze Dried
- 1 tsp. THRIVE Chef’s Choice
- 1 can THRIVE Golden Cornbread Mix Pantry can
Directions:
- Begin by preheating the oven to 350.
- Brown the bacon in a 2 quart sauce pan.
- Add the garlic, sausage, and onions and sweat with the bacon until lightly browned.
- Add the butter and melt together.
- Add the water and remaining ingredients, except the bread.
- Bring to a simmer for 3 minutes.
- Place the dried bread in a large bowl.
- Pour stuffing mixture over the bread in small batches while stirring.
- Mix well.
- Bake on a cookie sheet for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy on the edges.

Loaded Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients:
- 6 c. Water
- 1 tsp. THRIVE Iodized Salt
- 1/2 c. Butter
- 1/3 c. THRIVE Instant Milk powder
- 4 1/2 c. THRIVE Mashed Potatoes
- 2 tsp. THRIVE Chef’s Choice
- 3 tbsp. THRIVE Chives
- 1 c. Bacon, diced
- 1 c. THRIVE Shredded Cheddar Cheese – Freeze Driedrehydrated
- 1 tsp. Garlic, minced
Directions:
- Cook bacon until browned. Take out of pan and set aside.
- Drain out half of the bacon grease. Add in garlic and caramelize.
- Add in everything else but the mashed potatoes, bacon, cheese, and chives. Bring up to a simmer
- Once at a simmer, add in remaining ingredients and stir.

Cranberry Sauce
Ingredients:
- 2 c. Cranberries – Freeze Dried
- 1 c. orange juice
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 tsp. orange zest
- 1/4 c. THRIVE Cane Sugar
- 1/2 vanilla bean, scraped
- 1/8 tsp. star anise extract
- 2 tbsp. butter
Directions:
- Heat all ingredients except butter in a pan and reduce until syrupy (about 7 minutes).
- Finish with butter.

Turkey Cranberry Fritters
Ingredients:
- 1 c. THRIVE Turkey Dices – Freeze Dried
- 2 tsp. THRIVE Chicken Bouillon
- 2 tsp. THRIVE Italian Seasoning Blend
- 1 1/2 tsp. THRIVE Chef’s Choice
- 1/4 c. THRIVE Chopped Onions – Freeze Dried
- 1/4 c. THRIVE Celery – Freeze Dried
- 1/2 c. Cranberries – Freeze Dried
- 1/2 tsp. THRIVE Iodized Salt
- 1/4 c. THRIVE Cane Sugar
- 3 1/4 c. THRIVE White Flour (All Purpose Unbleached Flour)
- 2 1/2 tbsp. Baking Powder
- 3 tbsp. THRIVE Whole Egg Powder + 6 tbsp. water
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 9 tbsp. THRIVE Instant Milk + 3 1/4 cups water
Directions:
- In a large bowl, mix turkey, bouillon, seasoning blends, onions, celery, cranberries, and milk and allow to sit for 5 minutes.
- Combine all remaining ingredients except butter in a separate bowl and mix well.
- Add to turkey mixture and drizzle butter in. Do not over mix; stir lightly until folded together and moistened.
- Preheat frying oil to about 300⁰F in a pan (at least 2” deep) and drop batter into oil in small 1-inch balls.
- Fry 3–4 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Cool on paper towels until dry.
