Shelf Reliance Potato Cakes
The other night I made some of our Potato Beads for dinner as a side dish. We had a little bit leftover and decided to try making potato cakes with them. I almost wish we hadn’t made them because they are so delicious but I know they aren’t great for my diet!! Now every time I make potato beads I will probably subconsciously make too much!
To make these tasty cakes all you have to do is take some reconstituted potato beads and pat them into cakes. Heat up a little…(or a lot) of butter and fry them in the skillet flipping a few times until they get browned and crispy.
